Richard Mille

Heralded at their initial release in 2001 as a break from the past and a new direction of horology, the wristwatches of Richard Mille were from their very inception extraordinary and uncompromising. From its establishment, the young brand would lay claim to a number of world premiere innovations in the application, use and design of new technological materials that have seriously extended the entire field of horological knowledge and invention.
Three principles guide the brand’s concept. Each watch represents the best in cutting edge, innovative technology with a strong artistic and architectural dimension. The watches are designed for ease of use and robustness while remaining extremely sophisticated. And each piece is finished and assembled by hand, reflecting what is best in the tradition of haute horlogerie. With this advanced approach based on technology and performance, Richard Mille’s watches are clearly innovative both in their design and styling. Produced by a team of talented engineers in an ultra-modern and ecologically advanced production workshop in Switzerland, Richard Mille’s creations are the very embodiment of a concept for the 21st century.

RM 63-02 Automatic World Timer A new in-house designed CRMA4 automatic caliber drives the RM 63-02 World Timer. The movement features an oversized date at 12 o’clock, and a function selector that allows the user to navigate between the winding, time-setting and neutral positions with one simple push. Powered by a quick-rotation barrel that ensures the optimum regularity of the mainspring and a power reserve of 50 hours, it is wound by a rotor in 5N red gold and grade-5 titanium. A bezel in satin-brushed and polished grade-5 titanium is one of the masterpieces of the RM 63-02. Mounted on ball bearings for easy manipulation, it can be turned to select the desired time zone. When the name of the wearer’s current city is positioned at 12 o’clock, the RM 63-02 automatically defines the local time as well as the time in 23 other cities around the world.
